At Shubz Art Studio, every piece is individually handcrafted, and many of our artworks are made to order. Because of the time and craftsmanship involved, please allow up to 4 weeks for production unless a different production time is stated on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, return, exchange, or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We encourage you to carefully review the product images, description, dimensions, materials, care instructions, and other details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, please contact us at shubzartstudio@gmail.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package every artwork before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at shubzartstudio@gmail.com.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required for inspection or a shipping claim.

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us before returning it so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Handmade Variations

Our artworks are handmade individually, so slight variations in colour, texture, glaze, brushwork, dimensions, and finish may occur.

These natural variations are part of the character and individuality of handcrafted art and are not considered defects.

Colours displayed on our website may also appear slightly different from the actual product because of differences in monitors, screens, lighting, photography, and device settings.

Product dimensions and weight shown on our website are approximate and may vary slightly from the finished piece.

Made-to-Order & Production Time

Many Shubz Art Studio pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production before your artwork is ready to ship, unless another production timeframe is stated on the product page.

Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.

We will provide the applicable delivery or shipping information with your order. Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation rights that may apply under applicable law if an order is not supplied within the legally applicable timeframe. BC's distance-sales rules provide cancellation/refund rights in certain circumstances, including when goods aren't supplied within the required timeframe.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

For refunds arising from a legally valid cancellation or an approved issue with an order, the applicable refund will be processed within the timeframe required by law or otherwise communicated to you.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Sale Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, sale or promotional items are subject to the same final-sale policy described above.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
